SECTIONS

WASHING / CARE INSTRUCTIONS- GARMENTS 

  • We recommend hand washing all items and hang drying them - if you do decide to machine wash turn garment inside out and wash on delicates in cold water when necessary , DO NOT TUMBLE DRY 
  • Please be aware that washing machines may effect the finish on hardware, leather and fabrics which is why we don't recommend it 
  • items with leather details please ensure to lay leather areas flat as the leather will form to the shape it dries in 
  • Washing may result in changes to the colour and tone of fabrics 

 

  • If you wish to exchange or return an item please contact us via email  within 7 days of receiving your order with a brief  explanation of the issue . We will review each request and provide necessary information if the exchange/return is approved.

 

  • For size exchanges the cost of the return and exchange shipping will be invoiced separately to the customer 

 

  • Some items are not eligible for return / exchange and include 
    • Made to order items 
    • If the item has been worn or washed 
    • Requests made after 7 days of receiving the order 
    • Sale / discounted items 
    • Items that were damaged after being received 
    • General wear and tear 

 

  • Orders are shipped within 10 business days. 
  • Made to order items are shipped within 6 weeks depending on requirements. 
  • Tracking information will be forwarded to the email address used to place the order,
  • Import tax requirements are the customers responsibility and failure to pay them promptly may result in delays of your order. 
  • To extend the life of your boots we recommend cleaning and conditioning them as needed depending on your use 

CLEANING

  • Use warm water and a brush to remove dirt from footwear. Dry with a cloth and let the leather dry 

CONDITIONING

  • Apply a light, even coat of mink oil or leather conditioner to leather with fingers, cloth, or sponge until absorbed . Proper conditioning keeps leather healthy and extends the life of footwear.
